Financial Power of Attorney

A Financial Power of Attorney, sometimes called a Durable Power of Attorney, allows a designated person to complete transactions and maintain your financial responsibilities while you are unable to do so.  Financial Power of Attorney documents can be created to be temporary or permanent,  allowing your financial matters to be tended to during emergency situations or as a long term solution if you become unable to make financial decisions.
